CEO
Ainhoa Gea is Industrial Engineer and has a Master in Environmental Engineering. She has been working in the area of sustainable development for more than 25 years, exploring new ways and developing methodological resources. Nowadays, she is mainly focused on 2030 Agenda and climate action.
marta iturriza
HEAD OF CLIMATE CHANGE
Marta Iturriza has a PhD in resilience to Climate Change, graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a Master’s in Production Management. She has experience as a consultant in the field of climate change adaptation and mitigation, local sustainability, ecological transition, circular economy and education and training.
ane etxaniz
HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY
Ane Etxaniz es graduated in Environmental Science and has a European Master in Cities and Urban Sustainability. She has been working as a consultant in the field of local sustainability, currently related to 2030 Agenda and SDGs, climate action, environmental communication and citizen participation.
Our commitment with the 2030 Agenda
In ADOS we identify with the spirit of the 2030 Agenda. We understand that the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) must be the basis on which we build our strategy and ensure our daily performance, therefore, we are committed to:
- Develop a strategy that ensures our contribution to the SDGs through our ACTIVITY, our internal MANAGEMENT and our commitment to SOCIETY.
- Measure and periodically publish our contribution to the SDGs.
- Maintain, strengthen and expand our partnerships and collaborations in order to multiply our impact on the SDGs.
According to our scope of ACTIVITY, our focus is mainly oriented towards specific Goals such as SDG 7 Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities, SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production or SDG 13 Climate Action, aligned with the Paris Agreement.
As an organization, both internally in terms of MANAGEMENT and in terms of impact on the SOCIETY around us, we consider issues such as well-being, lifelong learning, gender equality, decent work, linguistic and cultural diversity, peace, justice and transparency.

We collaborate with partner entities and organizations, through stable strategic alliances in order to shape our projects and offer a comprehensive service.
