Practical guide to implement the 2030 Agenda in Basque organisations

The General Secretariat for Social Transition and Agenda 2030 of the Basque Government has published a Guide so that Basque organisations have a reference when implementing the 2030 Agenda.

This guide has been developed in collaboration with 17 Basque entities from different sectors: GEOPARQUE Costa Vasca; UNICEF Basque Country; UNESCO Etxea; AUREN; Bolton Food-Grupo Conservas Garavilla; TECNALIA; ELIKA; ACLIMA; UPV/EHU; IHOBE; INGURUGELA; TUBACEX; EDE Fundazioa; BASQUEPRO Elkargoak; BASQUETEAM; A&B Laboratorios de Biotecnología and TKNIKA.

Thanks to the contribution from such diverse approaches, the Guide has managed to capture a broad and cross-cutting vision of how to bring the 2030 Agenda to Basque organisations. Its use is compatible with other published guides, but it has the particularity of bringing the Sustainable Development Goals and their targets closer to the reality of the Basque Country, with examples close to home, as the guide also incorporates good practices from the organisations participating in its preparation.
